Create Client Guide
Learn how to add and manage client profiles in InsureFlow.
Creating a New Client
Step 1: Navigate to Clients
- Log in to InsureFlow
- Click on "Clients" in the main navigation menu
- Click the "Add New Client" or "Create Client" button
Step 2: Enter Client Information
Fill in the required client details:
Personal Information
- First Name: Client's first name (required)
- Last Name: Client's last name (required)
- Date of Birth: Client's birth date
- Social Security Number: For identification (encrypted)
- Phone Number: Primary contact number
- Email Address: Client's email
Address Information
- Street Address: Street and number
- City: City name
- State/Province: State or province
- ZIP/Postal Code: Postal code
- Country: Country of residence
Additional Details
- Occupation: Client's profession
- Annual Income: For risk assessment
- Marital Status: Single, Married, etc.
- Number of Dependents: How many people depend on the client
Step 3: Review and Save
- Review all entered information for accuracy
- Click "Save" or "Create Client"
- The system will confirm successful creation
Managing Existing Clients
Viewing Client Details
- Go to the Clients list
- Click on a client's name
- View all client information and history
Editing Client Information
- Open the client's profile
- Click "Edit" button
- Modify the necessary fields
- Click "Save Changes"
Adding Notes
- Open the client's profile
- Find the "Notes" section
- Click "Add Note"
- Enter your note and click "Save"

- Always verify client information before saving
- Keep contact information up to date
- Add notes for important interactions
- Review client profiles regularly
- Maintain confidentiality of client data
Common Issues
Duplicate Client Warning
If you see a duplicate warning:
- Check if the client already exists
- Verify with different contact details
- Contact support if you're certain it's a new client
Required Field Errors
All fields marked with * are required:
- Ensure all required fields are filled
- Provide valid format (email, phone, etc.)
- Check for special character restrictions
