Login Guide

Learn how to access the InsureFlow system and manage your authentication.

Accessing InsureFlow​

  1. Navigate to the InsureFlow application URL
  2. You will be presented with the login screen

First Time Users​

If you don't have an account yet:

  1. Click on the "Sign Up" or "Create Account" button
  2. Fill in your details:
    • Email address
    • Password (must meet security requirements)
    • Full name
    • Organization (if applicable)
  3. Click "Create Account"
  4. You will receive a confirmation email
  5. Once confirmed, you can log in with your credentials

Logging In​

  1. Enter your registered email address
  2. Enter your password
  3. Click "Sign In"

Forgot Password​

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Click on "Forgot Password?" link
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Click "Reset Password"
  4. Check your email for password reset instructions
  5. Follow the link in the email to create a new password

Security Best Practices​

  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Don't share your credentials
  • Log out when finished, especially on shared computers
  • Enable two-factor authentication if available
  • Update your password regularly

Troubleshooting​

Cannot Log In​

If you're having trouble logging in:

  • Verify your email address is correct
  • Check that Caps Lock is not on
  • Try resetting your password
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Contact support if problems persist

Account Locked​

If your account is locked after multiple failed login attempts:

  • Wait 15 minutes and try again
  • Use the "Forgot Password" feature to reset
  • Contact support for immediate assistance
